“Champions keep playing until they get it right.” – Billie Jean King

At ACT-NV International School, academic learning and sports education complement each other. Physical education enhances health, motor skills, and sharpens learning abilities. Regular physical activities from an early age help students adopt a disciplined and active lifestyle.

Physical education classes provide structured opportunities to engage in activities that improve speed, strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and coordination. Students also learn sportsmanship, teamwork, and fair play, fostering social and emotional skills.

Our curriculum emphasizes gross motor skill development, teamwork, leadership, and holistic growth. Children from Pre-Nursery to Grade 3 focus on coordination, balance, agility, and strength through fun, engaging exercises.

By integrating health and fitness education into the school curriculum, we prepare students to lead active lifestyles while fostering academic performance, emotional well-being, and social skills.
